I asked Troy to have the repair persons fix and clean the outside unit. Cory/Rodney were on the roof Max 20 minutes rapped it up, showed me pictures. Did not bother to turn on the unit. It's a little louder and more vibration than before. I asked if they cleaned the unit Rodney said they were not told to clean it ! I’m frustrated not sure what my next move is.

Today we bypassed the main damper to cool. The main part of the house added Clorox tab for backing up drain line. Customer customer wanted to change thermostats, but the boxes they came in, looked taped and decided against it.

Did a full diagnostic on AC unit. Air handler had a small about of bio growth in air handler. All electrical was good. Recommending a hard start and UV protection as preventative maintenance measures to extend the life of the system. System, was installed in 2018.
